• Confidentiality and privacy of services you receive.

• Confidentiality of all records (except as provided for by Law) and all communications between you and the staff of the organization.

• Courteous, honest, respectful and punctual service.

• To be consulted about referral to other health and welfare services in the community.

• The option to view your relevant confidential records, as requested.

• To have any enquires answered immediately or within a reasonable time frame.

• Have an advocate to tell us what you want.

• The right to refuse to work with any students who are in placement at Waminda.
