As a client of Warminda we would like you to:
• Be well informed about the services available within the organization.
• Be sure to keep appointment, or inform those concerned if you
are unable attend.
• Be responsible for the decisions you make while we are assisting
you.
• Conduct your self in an appropriate way so not to interfere with
the well being or rights of our other clients.
• Let us know if you are not happy with the service you receive.
• Provide us with feed back positive or negative, regarding contact
with us.
• This assists us in the planning of services which meet people's
needs.
